/MRSS/SGE_ASG_BSNSS_MIGRATION - Business migration of assignments in MRS Basis

Purpose

This report is used for the migration of assignments from WFM Core to MRS Basis.

Integration

Prerequisites

The assignments must exist in WFM Core.

Features

• Selection interval: This is the interval for which assignments are migrated from WFM Core to MRS Basis.

• Source Logical System: In case of a client-copy scenario from one logical system to another, some WFM Core tables will contain data still referring to the old logical system. Thus, in such scenarios, this field can be changed to the old logical system so that the data in WFM core is determined correctly for migration

• Interval step size: This parameter controls the block size in which assignments are read from WFM Core within the selection interval.

• Transfer packet size: This parameter controls the block size in which the read assignments are transferred to MRS Basis.

• Simulation mode: This parameter controls whether the transfer is a simulation or not.

Activities

Example

Assuming that the following parameters are maintained:

• Selection interval: 01.01.2008 to 14.01.2008

• Interval step size: 7

• Transfer packet size: 100

When the report is run, the following happens:

1. The assignments from 01.01.2008 to 07.01.2008 are read from WFM Core.
2. The read assignments are then transferred to MRS Basis in packets of 100.
3. The assignments from 08.01.2008 to 14.01.2008 are read from WFM Core.
4. The read assignments are then transferred to MRS Basis in packets of 100.
