Purpose

You use this report to import work centers and their capacities from SAP ERP to SAP Multiresource Scheduling as capacity planning nodes. If intervals and shifts have been created for a work center, the report also considers this. In each case, you have to enter the work center and the plant for which you want to transfer data.

The shift breaks from the work center are not considered. To define concrete break times, make settings in Customizing for SAP Multiresource Scheduling at Set Up Scheduler Workplace --> Define Breaks for Work Centers.

Note: For the work centers themselves, you can define only the duration of the breaks and not the actual start time of the break.

If you have defined concrete break times, the system specifies the time between the start and end (start + duration) as a non-availability for the capacity calculation. If you have not defined concrete break times, the system reduces the capacity of the work center by the number of resources multiplied by the duration of the break. The system then divides this capacity reduction equally across the opening times of the work center.

When you execute this report, the system calls Business Add-In (BAdI) /MRSS/CAG_TIMEZONE to determine the time zone that is used during the work center transfer. For more information, see the BAdI documentation.
