Purpose

To use the functions of SAP Multiresource Scheduling for business partner resources that were created in another application, you must create a SAP Multiresource Scheduling resource for each business partner and transfer the data related to the business partner to the SAP Multiresource Scheduling system.

You use this report to create, edit, and delete business partner resources in SAP Multiresource Scheduling.

Each business partner resource can have one or more time allocations and one or more qualifications. Time allocations can be working times, attendances, or absences. The total of these time allocations specifies the availability of a business partner resource.

Select the business partner or business partners for which you want to create, edit, or delete data by entering one of the following:

  • Business partner number or business partner role
  • Resource planning node
To restrict your selection, you can also enter a search term for the planning node and a time frame during which the business partner has been assigned to the planning node.

Depending on whether you want to display, edit, or delete data for the selected business partner resource, you have the following options:

  • Display
You can display all time allocations that were created for the business partner during a specified period of time.
  • Maintain
  • You can transfer the business partner address to SAP Multiresource Scheduling.

  • You can transfer the HR qualifications of the business partner to SAP Multiresource Scheduling.

  • You can create time allocations for the selected business partner.

You can create a single time allocation or you can create multiple time allocations based on a pattern (see example). You have the option of deleting existing time allocations when creating new time allocations.
  • You can transfer the working time of the selected business partner to SAP Multiresource Scheduling.

  • Delete

  • You can delete the qualifications that exist for the business partner.

  • You can delete the time allocations that exist for the business partner.

You can delete all time allocations that exist between a specified period of time. You can restrict your selection by specifying which type of time allocation you would like to delete.
