Purpose

This Report is used for the mass creation of Credit Memos via complaint with the following attributes:

• Complaint reason

• Complaint result

• Origin of complaint

Results display the Item and Order Number for which the complaints are created, and in which the creation encountered errors.

Prerequisites

Features

Selection

Enter at least one Carrier Route or one truck route or geo unit with the shipping date indicated.

Enter the following optional detail: Order Number, Publication, and Delivery Type.

The credit memos are created based on the Complaint reason, Complaint result, and Origin of complaint attributes entered by user.

Standard Variants

Output

Orders/Items for which Credit Memos are created are displayed in the ALV List. If an exception occurs during the creation of the Credit Memo, the text of the error is displayed with the results in the ALV List.

Activities

1. The Report gets the affected Carrier Routes.
2. The affected orders that correspond to the affected Carrier Routes are calculated.
3. Once affected orders are found, the Credit Memo is created via complaint attributes and the affected Order/Item that is found.
4. The Orders/Items for which Memos are created are displayed in an ALV List.

If an exception occurs during the creation of the Credit Memo, the text of the error is displayed with the results in the ALV List.
