Purpose

This program cleans the OCR requests of a dedicated SAP OCR configuration. In general the following happens:

  • All OCR requests that were sent to OCR without getting a OCR request result within a specified time are restarted.
  • All OCR requests where OCR request result is already saved within a specified time are deleted.

Integration

Prerequisites

You have defined a retry limit, a retry time (in minutes) and a delete time (in days) in the Define SAP OCR Configuration customizing activity. Please note that OCR requests are only deleted if you maintained a delete time higher than zero.

Activities

Proceed as follows:

  1. Define SAP OCR configuration.
  2. Click Execute.

At the end the amount of restarted OCR requests and the amount of deleted OCR requests are displayed.
