Purpose
This process displays the selected correspondence data according to the defined layout.
Integration
You can start this report from the SAP Easy Access screen by choosing Advanced Payment Management -> Periodic Processing -> Correspondence -> Display Correspondence.
Prerequisites
Features
The system provides a list of defined correspondence types, such as a return notification or an account statement. You can assign these correspondence types to correspondence variants, under which correspondence types are grouped. An interval for determining the generation frequency and a charge schedule are among the control parameters determined for each correspondence type defined.
You can view the correspondence according to a selected layout. The layout determines the list format and contains the following information:
- List column structure
- Sort criteria
- Filter conditions
Selection
You can select the correspondence data you want to view and the report layout:
- Correspondence data
- Clearing area
- Correspondence type
- Object date
- Creation date
- Created by
- Date ID
- Identification
- File select
- Local file
- Log file name
- Output control
- Maximum number of hits
- Layout
You can also choose Dynamic Selection to define the correspondence parameters.
Standard Variants

The report displays the selected correspondence in the defined layout.
