/RPM/MIGRATION_BUPA - Portf. Mgmt Migration: Update of Business Partner Attributes

Purpose

You use this report to update the business partner SAP xRPM 4.0 attributes (role function, portfolio GUID, and bucket GUID), based on the SAP xRPM 2.0 attributes (global roles, category, subcategory).

Integration

Prerequisites

You have executed the following migration runs:

1) Migration of existing SAP xRPM 2.0 global roles to SAP xRPM 4.0 role functions (report: /RPM/MIGRATION_GLOBAL_ROLE)

2) Migration of categories/subcategories to portfolio/buckets (report: /RPM/MIGRATION_CATEGORIES)

Note: This report needs to be executed only for a one-box update (the SAP xRPM 2.0 system and the SAP xRPM 4.0 system are one and the same).

Output

The attributes (role function, portfolio GUID, and bucket GUID) of the business partners are updated in the table RPM_BUPA_LOCAT.
