Purpose
Internal TM Component Integration
You can use the report to create a higher number of deliveries based on existing freight units.
External TM System Integration
You can use this report to send delivery proposals to SAP ERP, based on freight units of order-based transportation requirements for which follow-up documents are required. SAP ERP creates deliveries based on the delivery proposals, referring to the corresponding orders, and sends a confirmation to SAP TM.

Features
Selection
There are two selection options to create deliveries in the internal TM component integration:
- By Selection Parameters
You can manually enter selection criteria to specify the freight units for which the system creates deliveries. If you do not enter any selection parameters, the system selects all relevant freight units.
- By Selection Profile
You can enter a selection profile to specify the freight units for which the system creates deliveries.
Only freight units for which no deliveries have been created are relevant.
In the external TM system integration, there are two selection options to create deliveries and one option to retry the creation of deliveries in SAP ERP:
- Delivery Creation
- By Selection Parameters
You can manually enter selection criteria to specify the freight units of the order-based requirement documents for which SAP TM sends delivery proposals to SAP ERP. If you do not enter any selection parameters, the system selects all relevant freight units.
- By Selection Profile
You can choose selection profiles to specify the freight units of the order-based requirement documents for which SAP TM sends delivery proposals to SAP ERP.
Only freight units for which no delivery proposals have been sent to SAP ERP are relevant.
- Retry Delivery Creation
- Retry by Selection Parameters
You can manually enter selection criteria to specify the freight units of the order-based requirement documents for which SAP TM resends delivery proposals. If you do not enter any selection parameters, the system selects all relevant freight units.
Only freight units for which SAP TM has already sent delivery proposals to SAP ERP, and for which a negative confirmation has been received from SAP ERP, are relevant.
Standard Variants
Output
In the internal TM component integration, the system creates an application log describing the created deliveries.
In the external TM system integration, the system creates an application log describing the delivery proposals that have been sent to SAP ERP.
