/SCWM/R_DISP_ARCH_DOCS - Display Delivery Notes for Archived Documents

Purpose

You can use this report to display and print delivery documents after they have been archived and the document can no longer be accessed via the Post Processing Framework (PPF).

Integration

Prerequisites

ArchiveLink has been installed and configured.

The archiving of delivery documents in PPF maintenance in transaction SPPFCADM has been configured. You can check this as follows:

• Select the relevant application for the delivery in PPF, and select Define Action Profile and Actions.

• Select the action profile and action definition according to the document category.

• In the Processing Types view, select Smart Forms Print (PRN) or External Communication (BCS).

• Ensure that the Archive Mode is Print and archive.

• The Processing Class and Processing Method must populate the ArchiveLink parameters. For example, see the use of method CONCAT_ARCHIVELINK_OBJECT_KEY of class /SCWM/CL_DISP_ARCH_DOC in method PROCESS_DLV_NOTE_SMART_FORM of class /SCWM/CL_PROCESSING_SMARTFORM.

Features

If the delivery document has been archived, the report finds it in the archive.

The report then selects all PPF actions of processing types PRN and BCS that correspond to the document category and number you searched for. You select the required document from the list by double-clicking or using the pushbutton Select Archived Document.

Selection

Enter the document category and document number.

Standard Variants

Output

The report displays the archived delivery document in a new window for further processing.
