Purpose

You use this report to delete employee data and its related data.

Integration

Prerequisites

Features

Along with employee data, the following data is deleted:

• Master data (name, address, communication, bank data)

• Employment

• Business Partner

• User is set to inactive

Currently, this report does not perform any veto checks on the referential dependencies. You must check manually whether you can delete the employee.

Selection

• Employee ID

This ID refers to the external Employee ID from the HR system. If you do not select any employee, the system selects all employees for deletion.

• Test Run

If you select this checkbox and choose the Check Employee Deletion button on the output screen, system executes employee deletion in test mode. If you deselect this checkbox and choose the Delete All button, system executes employee deletion in production mode.

Standard Variants

Output

• System displays a list of employees selected for deletion.

• In the test run, the Check Employee Deletion button is available to check whether deletion is successful.

• In the production run, the Delete All button is available to confirm the deletion of employees.

Activities

You run this report using transaction SE38.
