Purpose

You can use this report to repeat processing for incorrect workforce person data in staging tables. These incorrect entries were caused by mismatches in cost center mapping, by user names containing too many characters, or other Customizing settings that can lead to workforce person data not being processed properly. You can enter the workforce persons, who need to be processed again, manually in this report or use it to display all workforce persons who were stored with the status errorin the staging table. The report will then repeat processing for the incorrect entries and check whether the data has been maintained correctly.

In the scenario for repeated processing of incorrect entries, this report replaces the report R_WFD_ONEMDS_WFP_BGJOB,which was previously used to repeat processing of incorrect entries for workforce persons in staging tables.

Integration

Prerequisites

The switches /SHCM/SFWS_SC_ONEMDS_WFP_01and /SHCM/SFWS_SC_EE_BP_01must be active.

Features

The first option enables you to manually enter one or more workforce person IDs, which are then processed. The system only processes workforce person IDs with the status errorin the staging table.

The second option is used to select all entries in the staging table with the status error.

Once processing is completed, a message appears displaying the total number of workforce persons from the selected workforce who have been processed. Another message tells the user to check the transaction AIF_MONITORfor further logs.
