/SRMSMC/UPDATE_FROM_CHGINFO - Transfer Supplier Master Data (Delayed Update)

Purpose
You use this report to distribute changes to supplier master data to the connected back-end systems in delayed update mode instead of distributing the changes immediately.
The report reads the following tables:
- Change Information for Suppliers (/SRMSMC/D_S_CHGI)
- Change Information for Contact Persons (/SRMSMC/D_C_CHGI)
- Change Information for Supplier/Contact Relationships (/SRMSMC/D_R_CHGI)
Note:
We recommend that you schedule this report to run daily in batch mode.
Integration
Prerequisites
- The SLCWDBPM ICF authorization is required.
- If the buy side in SAP Supplier Lifecycle Management is connected to a supplier master data system, for example, SAP ERP or Master Data Governance (MDG), the delayed update mode is the default update mode.
- If the buy side in SAP Supplier Lifecycle Management is not connected to a supplier master data system, you can activate the delayed update mode in Customizing for SAP Supplier Lifecycle Management under Buy Side -→ Basic Settings for SAP Supplier Lifecycle Management -→ Supplier Integration -→ Activate Delayed Update of Supplier Master Data.
Features
Selection
The default values on the selection screen, which alllow you to process manageable amounts of data, are used when the scheduled report is run.
If you want to process entries retroactively as of a specific date, enter your own values and run the report.
