Purpose
This report provides an overview of all open company assignment requests from learners
for Operations Employees (OE).

Features
Selection
The system enables search and filtering on this list by the following:
- Company
- Date Entered (company assignment request)
- Entered By (user) (company assignment request)
- Last Name, First Name of User (learner or other role)
- User ID
- Status of Company Assignment Request (default: new/open)
Standard Variants
Output
The system displays the results list with the following information:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Country
- Registration Date
- Learner (User) ID and e-mail
- Company
- Company Assignment Date
- Status of Company Assignment
- Current Role
Activities
o,,The system enables the OE to see the learners profile from this list before approving/rejecting.
o,,The system provides the functionality to aceept or reject one or more requests for OE.
o,,The system checks if a company assignment already exists for this learner profile before accepting. In case a company assignment already exists for this learner profile, the system delimits the existing assignment, and creates the new assignment.
o,,The system checks if the learner has an e-mail listed in the companies list of e-mail domains. In case the learner has an e-mail address from an e-mail domain of the company, the system will automatically approve the company relationship.
o,,When the company assignment request is approved, OE can assign a Learning Manager(LM). If OE cancels the request to assign a learning manager, the system does nothing.
o,,The system sends a confirmation notification by means of correspondence to the requesting learner in case of Approval or Rejection of the company assignment.
