ACAC_PSDOCITEMS - Manual Accruals: Display Line Items in the Accrual Engine

Purpose

When provisions are posted, documents are created in the Accrual Engine. These Accrual Engine documents are posted through to Accounting and generate subsequent documents, such as FI documents.

This report is used to display the posted Accrual Engine documents.

In the simulation mode, you can also simulate Accrual Engine documents.

Integration

Prerequisites

Features

There are three different options for starting this report:

Display actual values only

Here, only data that has actually been posted is displayed. You cannot enter a key date.

Actual & simulated values

If this report is run for a key date, actual values that have already been posted by this date are selected and # where necessary # completed with simulated postings.

Simulate only

You can also choose not to display posted values and just to simulate data instead.

In the last two cases, the term "Simulate" means that future postings are carried forward on the basis of existing settings.
