ACE_XPRA_TACE_OP_PERC_2020 - Create entries in table TACE_OP_PERC

Purpose

This program is delivered as R3TR XPRA with release S/4HANA 2009 (software component S4CORE 105).

In this release the operator P "Percentage" for derived accrual item types has been improved: The percentages are now depending on the accrual item type and on time (date_from). The existing C-table TACEDS_OP_PERC could not be enhanced with additional key fields because this table is used not only by the S/4HANA Accrual Engine but also in the classic Accrual Engine: Generated the view maintenance screens must always contain all key fields. So the decision was to create a new table that contains the new key fields. The new C-table is TACE_OP_PERC.

This program copies the entries from old table into the new table. Only entries are copied that belong to a component (field COMP) which belongs to the S/4HANA Accrual Engine. All other records are not copied.

In E-table TACECOMP the flag S4ACE_USED determines whether the component uses the (new) S/4HANA Accrual Engine or the classic Accrual Engine.

C-table TACE_ITEMTYPED is evaluated: It contains only entries for components that are used in the S/4HANA Accrual Engine.

The other C-table TACE_ITEMTYPEL is evaluated to determine the relevant company codes.

The C-table TACEDS_OP_PERC is not used in Cloud (at least not before release S/4HANA 2009): Derived Accrual Item Types and hence their operators are not available as SSCUI and also not as Cloud content.
