AD01_PROF_CONV - Profile conversion

Resource Related Billing Profile Conversion

Requirements

The key field for SETS has been changed in 4.0A. The table name and 12-character set ID have been replaced by a single, longer key field. Due to this change, the Resource Related Billing Profiles tables must be conversed to reflect this new ID.

This report can be used to converse RRB profiles. There are three tables that may contain SETS, source reading, structuring, and material determiation which all need to be conversed.

Output

Two potential reports are created Error and Successfull. The profiles are listed under Error will need to be corrected manually due to problems such as duplication of name or non existence.

Example

Old SETID name ALL.STRUCT, new SETID name 0000ALL.STRUCT.AD01DLIA.

Old cost element group ALL.COSTS, new SETID 0102INT ALL.COST where 0102 for set class and INT for Chart of Account.
