Purpose

This report handles the SAP Support Portal responses triggered by various report.

  • AI_SC_MIGRATION
  • AI_SC_REFRESH_READ_ONLY_DATA
  • AI_SC_SEND_SYSTEM_RELATIONSHIP
  • AI_SC_UPLOAD_SYSTEM_DATA

For report AI_SC_MIGRATION, this report saves the system data and the service connection data for all known systems or a specific system retrieved from the SAP Support Portal, locally in the Solution Manager.

For report AI_SC_REFRESH_READ_ONLY_DATA, this report saves the customer data and installation-specific data retrieved from the SAP Support Portal, locally in the Solution Manager.

For report AI_SC_SEND_SYSTEM_RELATIONSHIP, this report ouputs the result of data synchronization for service connection type "SolMan Diagnostic", from the Solution Manager to the SAP Support Portal.

For report AI_SC_UPLOAD_SYSTEM_DATA, this report outputs the result of the system data synchronization from the Solution Manager to the SAP Support Portal.
