AI_SDK_SUGEN_REPORT - Calculation of Processing Time of Service Desk Messages

Purpose

This report calculates the (completed) message processing time key figures.

Selection

• "Last Change": The time period within which the messages were last changed.

• "Priority": Only messages with this priority are selected.

• "Transaction Type": The transaction type of messages to be considered.

• "Max. Time without SAP Participation [h]": If this field contains a positive value, messages whose processing time is greater than this value, and which have not been sent to SAP, are not included in the report.

• "Status (exclude after answer)": The status values which are not to be taken into account in calculating the processing time, before the message is confirmed. If you specify the values "Customer Action", " Proposed Solution" and "Confirmed", for example, only the time in which no other status value than these occurs, is taken into account. If another status value, for example "In Process", was set in the meantime, then the previous times with the status "Customer Action" or "Proposed Solution" are taken into account.

• Message Number: Restrict messages to be taken into account, by message number.

• System ID: Restrict messages to be taken into account, by system ID.

• Installation Number: Restrict messages to be taken into account, by system installation number.

• Category: Restrict messages to be taken into account, by category.

• Catalog/Code Group/Code: Restrict messages to be taken into account, by subject.
