Purpose

This report selects invoices that are received from or sent to a business network when their status has been updated. The report is automatically scheduled if one of the following message types is activated in Customizing:

For the integration with the Ariba Network:

BNS-ARI-SE-ERP,,BUS2081,,Incoming Invoice,,STAT,,StatusUpdateRequest,,Outbound

You activate this message type in Customizing for Business Network Integration under Integration with the Ariba Network -> Framework Settings → Define Basic Message Settings.

For the integration with SAP Fieldglass:

BNS-FG-SE-ERP,,BUS2081,,Incoming Invoice,,STAT,,StatusUpdateRequest,,Outbound

You activate this message type in Customizing for Business Network Integration under Integration with SAP Fieldglass -> Framework Settings → Define Basic Message Settings.
