ATP_VBBE_CONSISTENCY - Correct the ATP Relevant Secondary Persistence of Sales Documents

Purpose

You can use this report to check the consistency of entries in VBBE, the table that contains the entries for sales documents relevant for availability checks. Before running the report, you can maintain parameters and simulate the results that the report would generate if it would be run actively.

Features

Selection

You can define the report to run for specific materials, plants or a combination thereof. You can also define the number of errors (threshold) as of which, per thousand entries, the report aborts with an error message.

Standard Variants

For the selected material and plants, the report compares the entries in table VBBE with the entries in the tables VBEP, VBAK and VBAP.

Output

If the system determines that the entries differ between VBBE and the original values, the system reacts as follows:

• The system corrects VBBE to reflect the original data.

• The report generates an error message.

• If the number of errors per thousand entries exceeds the number in field Error Threshold (per Thousand), an incident is generated (only when the report is scheduled as a technical job in SAP S/4HANA cloud).

Note that if you select the Simulation Mode checkbox, the report identifies the number of entries requiring correction but does not execute the correction of VBBE to reflect the original data.
