BBP_ATTR_COPY_ACCESS_RIGHTS - Maintain Attribute Access Authorizations

Purpose

If authorization roles are copied from a template, you need to use the program BBP_ATTR_COPY_ACCESS_RIGHTS to maintain attribute access rights manually.

Copy attribute access rights:

On the initial screen, enter the source and target roles for which you want to copy attribute access rights. The name of the target role has to confirm with customer namespace settings.

Switch off Test Mode and select Execute. The attribute access rights are displayed on the initial screen. Here, you can select the attribute access rights that you want to copy. All attribute access rights with a green dot in the status column already exist in the target role. Only selected attribute access rights with a yellow triangle in the status column are copied when you select the Copy icon. You then need to save your changes using the Save icon.

Delete attribute access rights:

You can only delete attribute access rights of authorization roles that are in the customer namespace. On the initial screen, enter the source role from which you want to delete the attribute access rights. Switch off Test Mode and select Execute. The attribute access rights are displayed on the initial screen. You delete the selected entries by choosing the Delete icon. You then need to save your changes using the Save icon.
