Integration

SAP BW provides evaluations that go far beyond this report. This report provides the possibility to evaluate contracts independently of SAP BW by using the functionality of SRM Alert Management.

Before you can use to SRM Alert Management functions, you first have to make the necessary Customizing settings for the business object purchase contract (BUS2000113):

To create threshold alert data for the release quantity, release value, and contract expiry dates, you have to make the necessary Customizing settings in the IMG activity SRM Server-> Cross-Application Basic Settings-> Create Alert Threshold Data for Contracts.

Ensure that the workflow template WS10400022is activated for the events GoingToExpireand ThresholdExceededif you want to use the default event category task. (Alternatively, It is possible to send alerts or notifications.)

Features

For each contract that corresponds to the selection criteria, the system creates a work item in the Inbox of the purchasers that belong to the responsible purchasing group. The system deletes the work item as soon as processing of the respective contract occurs (changed, released, or saved).
