BBP_SOCO_CLEAN - Deletion of all Obsolete Shopping Carts in Sourcing Cockpit

Purpose

This report is intended to delete obsolete shopping carts from the Sourcing Cockpit.

First, a selection screen appears on which the purchaser can make entries.

The selection criteria are:

- Entry date: Creation date of the shopping cart

- Change date: Date of the last change to the shopping cart

- Created By: Creator of the shopping cart

- Description: Name of the shopping cart

- Shopping cart number: Unique number of a shopping cart

- Purchasing group: Work area within an organizational unit, to which the purchaser is assigned.

- Purchasing organization: Organizational unit in a company to which the purchaser is assigned.

- Product category

The selection is output in an ALV Grid. In this view you can select the shopping cart items that are to be deleted.

Then the items of the shopping cart are deleted and a protocol is output.

The user must have the required authorizations for displaying and deleting shopping carts.

All shopping carts that contain Sourcing-relevant items and that match the entered selection criteria are displayed.
