Purpose

You can use this report to select incomplete or incorrect entries in the rebate due list in order to reedit them and remove the errors.

There are different reasons for incomplete or incorrect entries in the rebate due list. Incorrect customizing is usually the cause (e.g. if no billing unit or rebate profile could be determined).

First determine what error is involved. Remove the cause (e.g. by maintaining customizing correctly).

After you have removed the cause, you must edit the incomplete entries, entering the missing data so that the system rechecks and updates the status.
