Title
Query variants for plan data transfer from the BW system
Purpose
You need query variants when you want to transfer queries containing variables from the BW system into the Funds Management Budget Control System in the background. In a query variant, you determine with which values the variables are to be filled. You then specify the variants in the plan data transfer.
When you execute the plan data transfer in the dialog box and have not created any variants, the system asks for the variables online.

Prerequisites
The field assigment for the query for which you want to create a variant must be set in Customizing for Funds Management Public Management .
