Title

Cancelling plan data transfer from the BW system

Purpose

In Funds Management, this program deletes the plan data that was transferred from the BW system into the Budget Control System during the plan data transfer.

Note the following:

If the budget was manually refreshed after the data transfer took place, it is possible that not all documents generated during the last data transfer can be cancelled. In this case, the system does not terminate the cancellation run, but cancels all documents that can be cancelled instead.

Selection

You can only cancel the last plan data transfer for a FM area, version and fiscal year.

If you want to cancel a plan data transfer which preceeds additional transfers with the same selection criteria for FM area, version and fiscal year, you first need to cancel the succeeding transfers, beginning with the most recent.
