BP_DATA_PRIVACY_DESTROY - Destroy business partner data for data privacy

Purpose
The report BP_DATA_PRIVACY_DESTROY deletes the business partners (BP) for customer and vendor that are not being used.
Using the selection criteria Business Partner, Country, Role and Date, the report selects the BP instances based on the creation date of the business partner and triggers a veto check for all instances. Only the following business partner roles are allowed:
- Customer
- Vendor
- Contact
If the check determines that the BP instances are not used, the system physically deletes the BP instances and the customer and vendor database tables are marked for deletion and blocked.
The application log contains details about the rejected BP instances together with other messages. You will find the relevant messages in the application log with the object BUS1006.
If you have selected test mode, no data will be deleted and an ALV list of business partners is provided including this information. If you have not selected test mode, the system deletes the data.
You will find details about the rejected business partner in the error log of the ALV list.

The reports selects the BP instances based on the selection criteria
Business Partner, Country, Role and Date.
The system selects all business partners with a creation date that is on or before the date specified on the screen.
