BSP_DLC_COPY_PERSONALIZATION - Distribute WebClient UI Framework Personalization

Purpose

You can use this report to enable WebClient UI framework users to setup desired personalization parameters. The parameters for a user can be copied to multiple users. The BSPC_DL_PERSSTOR table stores the personalization entries.

In order to copy personalization parameters for a user to one or many other users, you must have the authorization to perform table copying.

Example

1. Using transaction SE16, you can browse the BSPC_DL_PERSSTOR table. To see the user personalization data details for the user from which you wish to copy, enter the user name in PERS_FOR_USER and execute the report.
2. In another session, you can use transaction SE38 to execute the BSP_DLC_COPY_PERSONALIZATION report.
1. You can input the user from which you want to copy personalization parameters from in the From User field.
2. You can input the users where you want to copy the personalization parameters to in the To Users field.
3. If there are specific personalization parameters that you wish to copy from the user (in the From User field) input the specific personalization data, such as Component, View Name, Role, Component Usage, Object Type, Object Sub Type.
4. When you execute the program, the users in the To Users field will have the same personalization parameters as the user in the From User field.
