BTFR_DELETE - Obsolete: Delete unused OTR texts that do not have an alias

Purpose

This report is used to copy OTR short texts from one application to another (for instance, texts from BSP into ABAP Web Dynpro).
So that a new alias name can be determined, the copies must also exist in another package.
The old and the new application, as well as the old and new package, must be entered in the selection screen.

Only texts with alias names can be copied. If necessary, an alias name must be created before the text can be copied.

The report must be run in the system in which the originals of the new texts are located. The texts can be copied either into all existing languages, or only into the original language (checkbox "In Original Language Only").

Since translations are usually located in a different system to the original texts, another report (BTFR_COPY_TRALA) is used to copy the translations.

Output

A list of all texts in the old application from the old package is displayed, together with the old and new alias names. If the new alias name already exists, the corresponding text cannot be copied.

In this list, you can select the texts that are to be copied. Using the function "Save", you create the copies.
