BTFR_DELETE_NOT_USED_TEXTS - OTR: Delete Texts Not Used

Function

This report is used to delete concepts that have no entry in the OTR where-used list. This report can be run for both long texts and short texts.

You can restrict the selection of concepts to packages and/or applications.

There is the option to delete concepts with alias names (only texts without alias names = space). You should only do this if you are really sure that these concepts are not used. Some applications read the texts using the alias names and do not maintain the where-used list.

The Workbench Organizer can be called if you want to transport deletions.

Result

A list of concepts with no entry in the where-used list is output. Concepts can be deleted from the list.

By double-clicking on the concept, you can display the related texts.
