BUPXPR11 - Conversion of Address Type1 to Address Type2 (Rel. Change to 4.5B)

Title

ZGP: XPRA for Conversion of Personal Addresses (addr. type 2 for BAS)

Purpose

You must run XPRA for an upgrade to 4.5B to enable you to continue to use business partners (particularly of type 'nat. Person').

Prerequisites

Set to Release 4.5B or later.

Features

The program reads all business partners in all clients from table BUT000.

You execute the following activities for partners of the type 'nat. Person':
- Create a record in the table ADRP
- Copy person number to BUT000
For all addresses of the partner:
- Create ADCP record
- Delete communication data in ADRC
- Delete comm. data in BAS tables (such as: ADR2, ADR3, ...) with empty person numbers and create new entries for persons
- Generate ADRVP record

You execute the following activity for partners of the type 'Organization' and 'Group':
- Enter name fields for all addresses in table ADRC
