Title

Purpose

Migration program for 4.6.4.

The program converts entries from table TCACS_GLOB to table TCACS_DOCPOST. Only those entries in table TCACS_GLOB that already exist in table TCACS_APPL are converted.

Table TCACS_DOCPOST contains indicators to control what tables are affected by document posting and in which way.

The FLG_DOCVA_COMPL, FLG_DOCRE_COMPL and FLG_DOCSE_COMPL indicators control the complete document posting. If these indicators are set, the complete posting function is used.

If the FLG_DOCOBJ_COMPL, FLG_DOCACT_COMPL, FLG_DOCINV_COMPL, FLG_DOCPAR_COMPL and FLG_DOCREL_COMPL indicators are set, the system does NOT write to document tables _ DOCOBJ, _ DOCACT, _ DOCINV, _ DOCPAR and _ DOCACT.

The system always requires an effective-to date for version management. Consequently the last active version is checked during conversion. If the effective-to date is before 31.12.9999, the previously valid effective-to date is converted to 31.12.9999.

Output

A list of entries that were not converted.

If errors occur, error messages are output.
