Purpose

You use this report to search for and display consent records of a specified data subject.

Integration

Prerequisites

Features

On the entry screen, specify your search by using various selection criteria to find either one specific consent record or a range of records. The system provides a detailed list containing consent information such as purpose, data controller, status, expiration date as well as the original texts related to the consent.

Note: You can only view consent records that you are authorized for.

Selection

To run the report, you can make various selections to specify the consent records you are looking for. The following search criteria are available by default:

  • Consent UUID
  • Consent ID
  • Data Subject ID Type
  • Data Subject ID
  • Controller Name
  • Purpose Name
  • Form Name
  • Application Name
  • Application Template ID
  • Third Party Name
  • Third Party Function
  • Consent Status
  • Consent Method
  • Granted By
  • Granted At
  • Valid From
  • Valid To (mandatory field)
  • Expiring Date
  • Lifecyle Status

Standard Variants

Output

The system displays a comprehensive list of all consent records found for the specified selection criteria. It is possible to personalize this result list by adding or removing fields as well as by changing the order of the fields as they appear on the list.

To get more detailed information on the consent record, select the respective entry and choose the Details button from the application toolbar at the top of the screen.

To view the texts that are related to a consent record, select the respective entry and choose the Consent Textsbutton. The appearing dialog box offers explanatory texts regarding, for example, the purpose or the consent question. For more information, see the system help for these input fields.

Activities

To access this report on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Cross-Application Components -> Data Protection-> Consent Administration-> Search and Display Consent.

Example

You want to search for and display consent records belonging to a particular business partner. To do so, in the Data Subject ID Type field you select ID type Business Partner and enter the relevant business partner ID in the Data Subject ID input field. Start the search by choosing Execute. On the following screen, you can view all consent records stored for the business partner specified.

Different use case: Your company’s data privacy specialist needs to view the consent records that will expire within the next three months. He specifies the appropriate time interval for the Valid Toinput field and executes the report.
