CNS_CP_UPGRADE_30 - CSN Upgrade: convert Customizing Entries

Purpose

As of Release 710, new Customizing tables have been introduced for the Change Notification Service (CNS) and the internal logic of CNS has been adjusted or standardized.

For this reason, the two XPRA's CNS_CP_UPGRADE_30 and CNS_CP_UPGRADE_30_DATA must be executed when the system is upgraded.

This report (CNS_CP_UPGRADE_30) converts the Customizing entries for the Change Notification Service into the new Customizing tables and thus enables the generation and extraction of new change pointers after the upgrade.

Creation of the new Customizing entries from the olde Customizing tables TCNS_SET_EXPOBJ and TCNS_SET_RECV in the new Customizing tables TCNS_BASIC_CUST, TCNS_RECV_CUST and TCNS_MAPPIN_CUST. If entries are found in table TCNS_SET_RECV that use the overwrite scenario of CNS (the HIST_REQ indicator is not set), these are also converted and a log entry is written. However, it is more than likely that this scenario was not used in any application.
