Title
Purpose
In this activity, you can download the repository comparison results. This allows you to check the comparison results without logging on the SAP system. You specify the object types that you are interested in, and download the results as a set of Microsoft Excel files:

Downloading the Microsoft Excel files
To download the files, proceed as follows:
1. Select the Create Comparison Result Files radio button, and choose Execute. The system displays a list of the object types that participated in the comparison. For each object type, you can download a Microsoft Excel file that details the results. Select the relevant object types, and choose the Create pushbutton. The system creates the files in the system that ran the comparison.
2. You must now specify a location for the files. Select the Download Comparison Result Files radio button, specify a location, and choose Execute. The system displays a list the files that you created in the previous step. Select the files that you want to download, and choose the Download Files pushbutton
3. You can now delete the files from the system that ran the comparison. To do this, select the Delete Comparison Result Files radio button, and choose Execute.
