CNV_10020_JOB_START_LOR - Job starter for filling/deleting/copying object tables

Description

The job starter calculates the number of batch processes that are available for the analysis based on the number of currently running batch processes and the upper limit of batch processes to be used (as defined by the package parameters MAXIMUM_NUMBER_OF_BATCH_PROZESSES or EXIT_MAXIMUM_NUMBER_OF_BATCH_PROZESSES, respectively).

The job starter searches for a fill, deletion or copy job with status "scheduled" for the specified package number, assigns it to the batch process and starts it.

Selection screen

On the selection screen, you specify the package for which you want to start the fill, deletion or copy jobs.

If the parameter for considering the start path is set, processing starts with the specified start path. The maximum number of batch processes does not apply to this one path.

Notes

Note that more paths are started after the start path has been processed - even if the parameter for considering the start path is set. If you want to do the processing for one path at a time, set the maximum number of batch processes to 0.
