Description

Auxiliary program for breaking down intervals in P&L statement structures.

Input values

• By default, intervals are simply replaced with existing single values. If you set the indicator for checking single values as well, the system also checks for each individual value if it actually exists or not. Values that do not exist are deleted.

• You can also display the long texts for G/L accounts.

• Processing can be limited to individual P&L statement structures and/or charts of accounts.

• If the indicator for a test run is set, the system simply lists the data that would be changed, but no database changes are made.

Output

The system outputs a list of intervals that were replaced with single values. The relevant individual values are also output. If no single values existed for an interval, this interval was deleted.
If the indicator for checking single values was selected, deleted single values are also listed.

At the end of the list for each P&L statement structure, you will find statistical information about the values that were inserted or deleted (which values and how many?).

Further notes

• Intervals that do NOT contain any existing objects are deleted.

• If the indicator for checking single values is set, single values that do NOT correspond to an existing object are deleted.
