Purpose

• Delta transfer of contents in table CGIEXOBJ to table CGIXREL

The user must be assigned an iPPE user profile in order to work in the iPPE Workbench. In the user profile, you define the objects to be displayed in the tree in the navigation area. The PLM Environment setting is also included in each user profile. It defines which objects from the iPPE environment (external objects), such as material and document will be displayed in the tree.

• Until releases DI46.C2 / SAP APO 310, the assignments of external objects to user profiles were located in the table CGIEXOBJ. As of release DIMP471 and SAP APO 4.01, These assignments are stored in the control table CGIEXREL as of releases DIMP471 and SAP APO 4.01. The table CGIEXOBJ is no longer used.

The assignments of external objects to provided user profiles are supplied in the table CGIEXREL. These user profiles can be used directly.

In the IMG activity Define iPPE User Profiles, you can adjust these settings at any time.

• When the XPRA PPE_XPRA_CGIEXOBJ_CGIEXREL is started, it reads the settings from the old table CGIEXOBJ and enters these in the new CGIEXREL.

If there are entries in the table CGIEXOBJ that do not exist in table CGIEXREL, they will be created in CGIEXREL.
