Purpose

This program (XPRA) converts table entries of the availability control tool of Public Sector Management.

This conversion is necessary due to the new table field APPLIC, which separates the Customizing of availability control for different application areas such as Funds Management or Grants Management.

The field APPLIC has been added as an attribute to the following tables:

The programs selects all table entries with a "blank" initial value in this field and updates them after the user selects the proper value (FM or GM).

The field APPLIC has been added as a key field to the following tables:

  • BUAVCTPRO, BUAVCTPROT and BUAVCTOLASS ( tolerance profiles with texts and assignment of tolerance limits)

The program replaces all table entries with a "blank" initial value by new records containing the values FM (= Funds Management) and GM (= Grants Management).

In addition, the program updates Customizing entries used for derivation strategies (CO-PA tool) which derive activity groups (table TABADRSF of the new CO-PA tool and table TKEDRSF of the old CO-PA tool).
