Purpose

XPRA for upgrade to IS-PS 4.61A

This report converts the tables TBP4A, TBP4B, and TBP4T to FM areas, fills the new table TBP4C, and makes the Customizing settings for using budget subtypes in Funds Management for Germany.

The tables TBP4A, TBP4B, and TBP4T now have the FM area as an additional key field. If the tables already contain entries, the report creates new entries for all FM areas that exist in the client. As a result, entries are created in the new table TBP4C and the field MANDATORY is set to 'X' for all FM areas and budget subtypes in the table TBP4B.

For customers who use Funds Management for Germany, the report creates new entries in the tables TBP4A, TBP4B, TBP4C, and TBP4T.
