Purpose

An automatic transport link has been developed for text Customizing for release 4.70. The new text Customizing transaction is VOTXN.

The XPRA SD_TTXERN_UPD will store old text Customizing data from tables TTXS und TTXER in the new table TTXERN.
This makes the manual creation of Customizing entries superfluous.
