Purpose
This is an expert function. You use this report to delete instances in deleted areas from database.
When you delete an area in a posting engine project, the related instances are not deleted from database due to performance considerations. The corresponding worklist IDs are set to initial and the instances cannot be used anymore. The report deletes all these instances from database.

Selection
This reports deletes all the instances in deleted areas in batches. To run the report, you must specify the number of instances deleted in a batch. The default value is 1000. Note that specifying a very large number might have negative impact on the performance.
You can also run the report in the test mode by selecting the Test Modecheckbox. In the test mode, the instances are not actually deleted from the database, but you can see the simulated deletion result.

Output
The deletion result is displayed, including the following information:
- Execution mode
- Deletion start time
- Deletion end time
- The number of instances that are deleted.
- The number of instances that are not deleted due to errors.
