CN_PS_TEXT_MIGRATION - PS Text Migration for SAPScript and External Documents

Purpose
The purpose of this report is to migrate the existing PS Text records to newer model. The renewed PS Text model supports the long text and file attachments. To start using the renewed PS text, first migrate the existing PS text records using the report “CN_PS_TEXT_MIGRATION”, and then activate the renewed PS Text in the IMG node “Activation of renewed PS Text”.
You can use the migration report in test mode or production mode. In test mode, the system evaluates the record before running the report. In production mode, evaluation and running the report can occur in parallel. The session runs in parallel if it is available on the application server. To run parallel sessions, you can provide the process numbers as input.

Prerequisites
If a DMS file configuration is missing, the following error messages are shown:
· Project Text configuration is missing.
Configure document type PST in DMS customizing transaction DC10.
· Configuration is missing for <
Configure settings for file format types Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Word or Microsoft Power Point in DMS customizing transaction DC30.
Features
The purpose of this report is to migrate the existing PS Text records based on the process mentioned in the input parameters. The report can also be executed in Test Mode.
Selection
Test Run: Runs report in Test Mode without recording application logs.
Skip ALV Display: Does not display ALV output after the migration is complete.
Processes To Be Used: An integer that is less than the available process.
Standard Variants
Output
View the ALV Output Display for both Test mode and Production mode. You can also evaluate the application log in the transaction code SLG1.
