COD_ERP_ORG_UNIT_EXTRACT - Send Organizational Units to SAP Cloud for Customer

Purpose

The purpose of this report is to send Organizational Units including Company, Sales Organizations, Sales Offices and Sales Groups to SAP Cloud for Customer using the IDoc message type COD_ERP_SD_ORGS_SAVE.

The partner profile is created for the IDoc message type COD_ERP_SD_ORGS_SAVE.

Features

Selection

Selection of Organizational Units

Here you can define which Organizational Units you want to send to Cloud for Customer.

Description Language: The descriptions of the Organizational Units can be maintained only in one language in Cloud for Customer. Therefore the language for which the descriptions should be send has to be selected.

Communication Settings

Logical System: Choose the Cloud for Customer system to which you want to send the Organizational Units.

Test Mode: IDocs are generated only if the Test Mode is unchecked. In test mode you can check how many entries are selected and whether errors occur.

Make Assignment Unique: If you check this check box, only unique assignments are considered. For example, if a sales office belongs to two sales organizations, then it will be assigned to only one sales organization and other assignment will be ignored.

Standard Variants

Output

The report creates a log that is displayed once the execution of the report is completed. The log can be accessed also using transaction SLG1 with object CODERP and sub-object ORGUNITS.

Furthermore, IDocs of message type COD_ERP_SD_ORGS_SAVE are created if Test Mode is unchecked.
