Purpose

You use this program to post cash receipt or payment request documents, which have been created by the Create Cash Receipt/Payment Request (China) program for internal cash transactions, to bank G/L accounts. This program works similarly to the Post to Bank G/L Accounts (China) program but it allows batch posting in the background for several house banks and bank accounts.

Integration

Prerequisites

  • You have created cash receipts or payment requests in the Create Cash Receipt/Payment Request (China) program.
  • You have created or imported the relevant bank receipts or bank statements to the system and reconciled them with the cash receipts or payment requests in the Reconcile Bank/Cash Transactions (China) program.

Features

Selection

In the General Selections group box, you enter the basic parameters for the payment requests or cash receipts that you want to process. In the Further Selections group box, you can further restrict your selection based on the debit or credit indicator or the bank account on the other side of the transaction. In the Posting Parameters group box, you define the posting date and the posting type as required. You can also simulate the posting by selecting Test Run in the Control Data group box.

Standard Variants

Output

The program carries out the posting to the bank G/L accounts and generates the relevant posting documents. It displays a log where you can check the result of the posting and any errors that might prevent some documents from posting.
