CRMS4_SOM_ALLOW_DB_DELETE - Delete temporary data for Allowance Display

Purpose

For the Fiori application Display Allowances, which reads data from SAP CC, data can be persisted temporarily in the SAP S/4HANA database tables, CRMS4D_SOM_CC_AL, CRMS4D_SOM_CC_AD and CRMS4D_SOM_CC_AT. Thus, it isn't required to execute a web service call for each click on the UI.

Selection

This program deletes allowances and allowance definitions in the temporary database tables using the following procedure:

1. Select the parameter Contract Allowances to delete allowances for specific contracts in the table CRMS4D_SOM_CC_AL.
2. Select the parameter Contract Allowance Definitions to delete allowance definitions for specific contracts in the table CRMS4D_SOM_CC_AD.
3. Select the option Contracts to enter the contracts which should be deleted. If no contracts are selected, all contract data will be deleted in CRMS4D_SOM_CC_AL and CRMS4D_SOM_CC_AD.
4. Select the parameter Allowance Definition Tables to delete allowance definitions in the table CRMS4D_SOM_CC_AT.
5. Select the option Allowance Definition Table IDs to enter the allowance definition table IDs which should be deleted. If no allowance definition table IDs are selected, all entries will be deleted in CRMS4D_SOM_CC_AT.
