Purpose

This XPRA report solves the LIP (Lifecycle Incompatible Patterns) issue of table CRMS4C_PLANT_SRV. The table contains the field 'EMPLOYEE'. The employee number is always created specific to the system. This means these entries should not be transported.

Nevertheless, the table was transport relevant. This violates the LIP rules. SAP delivered standard entries with field EMPLOYEE and value '*'.This means that the Customizing is relevant for all employees with the parameters of the additional fields like country, plant and storage location.

The LIP issue is now solved by the second table CRMS4C_PLNT_SRV which does not have the field 'EMPLOYEE'. All the entries with 'EMPLOYEE and value '*' are inserted in this table by this XPRA report.

Integration

The XPRA runs after the import of CE1911.

Prerequisites

Authorization object 'S_ADMI_FCD' with field 'S_ADMI_FCD' and value 'SUM' is needed. Fallback authorization is 'S_TABU_DIS' with field 'ACTVT' and value '02' and field 'DICBERCLS' and value 'CRMC'.

Features

The report reads all entries with 'EMPLOYEE' = '*' and writes the entries in the new table CRMS4C_PLNT_SRV. This new table does not have the field 'EMPLOYEE'. Once the new table is filled, the old table entries are deleted.

In addition, the report checks if there are open transports with table entries of view CRMS4V_PLANT_SRV. It changes the table entries to the new view CRMS4V_PLNT_SRV.

If there are transport object keys with the old view CRMS4V_PLANT_SRV in an open transport, they are replaced by newly created object key entries of the new view CRMS4V_PLNT_SRV.

Additionally, the report deletes all entries with value '*' in field 'Plant'. The system can't process these entries, thus it makes no sense to have them in table CRMS4C_PLANT_SRV.

Selection

Parameter 'SIMULATE' does not delete and save the entries. The parameter is off by default.

Standard Variants

Parameter SIMULATE is set to off.

Output

The report uses the upgrade logger to document the steps that were executed.

Activities

The report runs for all clients.
