CRM_CHECK_DISPUTE_CASE - Check publishing of dipsute case

Title
Purpose
You can use this report to check whether the dispute cases transferred to SAP CRM have already been returned to SAP ERP and whether the transfer was successful. In the event that the transfer was not successful and the corrsponding queue entry was deleted, the option Reset Status offers you the possibility to transfer the record again using report UDM_PUBLISH_DISPUTE_CASES. However, this option should only be used if the corresponding queue entries are lost.
Integration
This report is used to check the integration between SAP Dispute Management and SAP CRM. The integration scenario between SAP Dispute Management and SAP CRM should already be set up and the report UDM_PUBLISH_DISPUTE_CASES should already have transferred dispute cases to SAP CRM.

Activities
1. Transfer dispute case to SAP CRM.
2. Use this report to check whether the transfer was successful and the response as expected.
3. If the transfer was not successful, check the inbound and outbound queues.
4. If the inbound and outbound queues were executed successfully, reset the status.
5. Transfer the dispute case again using report UDM_PUBLISH_DISPUTE_CASES.
