CRM_ERMS_DELETE_REPORT - ERMS Header Table Delete Report

Purpose

This report can be used to delete E-Mail Response Management System (ERMS) status table entries from the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The report ensures that ERMS table data can only be deleted if the e-mail and its link(s) to the CRM business transaction(s) were already removed from the system. For more information, see SAP Note 2197465.

In case you have other criteria for deleting ERMS status table entries, the report can serve as a template for creating a custom report with selection criteria deviating from the standard report. However, to avoid process inconsistencies in this case, we recommend to ensure that ERMS status table entries are not removed from the system before the e-mail and e-mail work item are deleted.

If you have made modifications that did not follow this recommendation, this will lead to inconsistent e-mail processes.
