CRM_LEASING_FIND_COAS_OLD_FISC - List of Transactions to Be Activated

Purpose

You use this report to select incomplete transactions or transaction items with the status Certificate of Acceptance or Quotation.

Features

Selection

Posting Period: By entering the last posting period for the previous fiscal year, before the fiscal year end you can get an overview of the contracts or contract items to be activated in the ERP system and of the quotations or quotation items that have not yet been converted into contracts. Contracts to be activated in the old fiscal year must be activated in the ERP system before the fiscal year end (date format: YYYYMM).

Select Contracts / Select Quotations: You must select either contracts or quotations; the system does not support both options.

Output

The system displays a list of the transactions or transaction items to be activated. quotations only. The system does not support the selection of contracts and quotations.

Output

List of contracts and contract items still to be activated.
